How quickly do you process and ship orders?
- We take pride in our swift shipping. Expect 90% of orders to be shipped within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak seasons, restocks, or new drops, delivery may take a bit longer.

How can I track my order status?
- Once your order is placed, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and instructions on how to track it after shipment. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to update.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

- International shipping times:

Do International orders have to pay custom fees?
- Unfortunately, we have no control over custom fees, and customers are responsible for covering these fees.

What happens if I refuse an order?
- If you decide not to accept the package, you can contact the carrier directly to refuse delivery. Once we receive the package at our facility, we can issue a refund for the order, excluding the shipping fee.

- Our primary carriers for domestic shipments are USPS and UPS. International customers can choose from various options during checkout.

Issues with payment not going through?
- If you didn't receive an order confirmation email, your order didn't go through. Any pending charges will disappear within 48 hours.

- Ensure you provide the correct zip code associated with your credit card statements for a successful order.

Can I change my order once placed?
- Once your order is confirmed, changes are not possible. If not shipped, contact us immediately for cancellation.
