Delivery
When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- USA: 4–9 business days
- Europe: 6–8 business days
- Australia: 2–14 business days
- Japan: 4–8 business days
- International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
We currently have our warehouse that is located in Virginia!
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country, so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
- Ask your local post office if they have your package.
- Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at pechaan.co@gmail.com with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at pechaan.co@gmail.com within a week's time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

We are not responsible for delays caused by domestic and international holidays, bad weather, incorrect addresses, or any delays caused by the third-party shipping company.
ALL USA ORDERS
Your order is a priority and will arrive within 2-5 business days depending on shipping method
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Your order will arrive within 2 weeks after purchase.
Please note, once we ship your package, we are not held responsible for UPS/USPS deliveries. Any delivery issues with UPS/USPS must be handled with UPS/USPS, as we are not a shipping carrier. If a package is lost under the shipping carrier, they are responsible for claim & locating packages.
Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for payment processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays). All orders are subject to processing time unless otherwise stated in the product description. Since some items are made to order in our HQ, we have to ensure all payments are successful and not fraudulent prior to fulfillment. Payment processing time is separate from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination, once it has been fulfilled.
We ship orders through third-party carriers such as USPS, FEDEX, and UPS. To ensure your package arrives in the advertised time, please make sure your address is entered correctly and includes all required and relevant information. Correct street numbers, abbreviations, buildings, and apartment numbers are very critical for ensuring timely deliveries. Pechaan and its subsidiaries are not responsible for lost, stolen, incorrect addresses, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ and is in the hands of the carrier, we have no control over the package. Please reach out to the applicable carrier listed in your email/text confirmation for further assistance.
If you do not accept your package, and it is returned to us, you must cover reshipping fees to have the package returned to you.
